No - NAC3FCA (blue) is the original PowerCon standard and is not compatible with TRUE1 (gray) connectors. They use different keying patterns to prevent accidental mating.

Is this cable suitable for outdoor use?

When properly mated, the NAC3FCA connection is IP54 rated. However, the NEMA 5-15P end is not waterproof. For permanent outdoor installations, we recommend our weatherproof solutions.
